After Mr Waterfield, Marie Victoire was kept by H.W.G. Kendrick at Moody’s yard on the river Hamble. In 1974 she was listed as ‘O.K’ (presumably her condition) and based at Cork, in the Republic of Ireland.
At just under 40’ she was longer, and with more beam that the Channel class, she was half a ton heavier and carried thirty square feet more (rated) sail area.
